I am so excited to share with you something I’ve worked so tirelessly on and that I know will help you navigate your sleep worries in a loving and supportive way.

I’ve created Halcyon Sleep School. Here you will go on the journey to establishing healthy sleep foundations and teaching independent sleep whenever you are ready. No going on a waitlist, no having to stick to someone else’s schedule - you can do it all at your own pace in the comfort of your own home.

At Halcyon Sleep School you will find different courses depending on how old your little one is and what you need support with. Each course includes an hour and a half of audio content & 8+ chapters of support to guide you through the sleep shaping (newborn-4 months) or sleep coaching (5 months onwards) process.

You can bet that you will have a happy, rested, secure & confident child who thrives from their routine and being part of a well-rested family.
